I found the location really good. The main attractions are nearby allowing easy exploration. I also appreciated the walking distance to the train station. It made airport transfers stress-free. I noticed the hotel's heritage charm adding a unique appeal.

The street-facing rooms experienced significant noise from trams. The sound insulation of the windows was inadequate disrupting sleep.

I thought the location was totally awesome. It was right in the city center and near the main train station. the room was quite spacious and came with a balcony, i found it super clean. coffee making facilities with bottled water were a great touch, they restocked it regularly.

my room faced the road, so the trams were unbelievably noisy! the windows are timber frame, they aren't sealed properly, so the traffic noise was horrendous. i wish they had better soundproofing.

i loved the location right next to the train station and the mall it was so easy to get around. the historic sites were only about 5 minutes away it was super convenient. the room had a nice balcony even though it faced the back, it was clean with great toiletries too.

trams were loud i could not sleep without earplugs

I found the location very convenient. Trams, buses, and trains were a short walk away. Breakfast offered a plentiful and varied selection with good coffee. I especially liked the proper scrambled eggs. Luggage storage was available for early arrivals and late departures. This REALLY helped.

The street noise was EXTREMELY loud during the day. the pillows are terrible

Rooms are spacious and well presented with good views. My Twin Room included clean and well-equipped bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water. Wifi signal was quite good and more than adequate for business use.
